Poka-Yoke Wireless Unit HCP-2403T-MD

The HCP-2403T-MD is a wireless unit that can communicate with the TW-800 series error-proofing receivers. It comes standard with a pairing switch, LED monitor, antenna, and communication interface for external devices, allowing for the construction of error-proofing equipment without the need for wireless circuit design by integrating it into power tools, jigs, and equipment. Since there is no need for development related to wireless technology, it significantly reduces development man-hours while achieving stable wireless communication. Additionally, due to its unique communication protocol, there are no licensing fees or annual costs, making it suitable for small-scale starts. Furthermore, it allows for the wireless transmission of arbitrary data through simple command sending via UART, enabling the transmission of information from power tools, jigs, and equipment to higher-level PLCs or PCs.
